Made it to the Top 16 of I Love Ugly’s Graphic Artist competition!

In September 2023, the New Zealand clothing brand I Love Ugly launched a global Graphic Artist competition, inviting artists and designers from around the world to participate.

My entry, titled "Glamorosa," was fortunate to be selected as one of the 16 finalists from the numerous submissions. This piece, created using collage on paper by hand, explores the concept of beauty, showcasing its diverse forms and appearances.

I might not have reached the final stages of the competition but it feels rewarding to be selected as a finalist, given the amount of artists who joined. I’m looking forward to joining more competitions after this. ■
