DESIGNStyle Magazine Redesign
At the beginning of 2026, Style Magazine introduced a comprehensive editorial redesign, featuring updated page dimensions, refined typography systems, new grid structures, improved visual hierarchy, elevated paper stock, and a stronger focus on evergreen storytelling.
As Senior Graphic Designer, I translated these refreshed brand foundations into the magazine’s day-to-day print production workflow. My role involved refining layout systems, detailing editorial design elements, and ensuring consistency across every issue while adapting the visual language to suit a wide range of stories, features, and advertising content.
The selected pages showcased here highlight my approach to typography, image direction, composition, and hierarchy, creating layouts that feel engaging, polished, and cohesive while remaining highly readable.
Alongside editorial design, I managed the technical preparation of advertising assets and supplied imagery, ensuring all creative materials met the correct specifications for print production, including sizing, bleed requirements, and colour profiles. Before print, I conducted detailed pre-press checks across each publication, reviewing linked assets, typography consistency, trim and safety margins, image quality, and colour calibration to ensure every issue was production-ready and printed to a high standard.
